The Stanley Underwood North, III Law Firm (SUN3Law) was founded in 2010 by Mr. North to help create the legal frameworks for those companies and organizations who are making the world sustainable, healthy and supportive of mankind in the future.

Backgrounder
Previously, Mr. North was a Partner at LeClairRyan, and was Chair of the International Trade and Investment Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. North focused on international trade and investment, securities, law, contracts, licensing, mergers, acquisitions and business combinations that encompassed the full range of commercial transactions, including business transactions in biotechnology, healthcare and environmental remediation industries, among others. Mr. North advises foreign companies in successfully establishing their presence in North America markets.

While attending Law School at night, during the day Mr. North worked as Manager of Product Lines & Contracts for Hazeltine Corp's military AWAC's black box technologies including its NATO AWACs program.
